How It Started
Sal Carnevale founded this company on a simple premise: do the work right, treat people fairly, and the business will take care of itself. Over time that built something money can’t buy — a reputation that spreads neighbor to neighbor, architect to client, agent to buyer.
The Towns We Know
Over four decades we’ve worked across virtually every community in Morris, Union, and Essex County — Summit, Chatham, Short Hills, Madison, Basking Ridge, Westfield, Warren, Morristown, Livingston, Millburn, Montclair, and many more. We’ve built additions next to homes we finished years earlier. We know these streets.

Sal still runs every project personally. He still walks every finished job before calling it done. That’s not nostalgia — it’s why the business is still here after 40 years.
